Wood Operator Assembly Eindhoven

As a Wood Operator Assembly in Eindhoven, you play a crucial role in the wood department of HQ Pack. You assemble industrial packaging and carry out woodworking activities. You work independently on complex work orders and are responsible for the quality of the final product. In addition, you provide explanations and instructions to less experienced colleagues.

You start your day by reading and interpreting technical drawings and work orders. You then begin assembling various components such as WW03 complex, WW05, and WW08. You closely monitor dimensions and check wooden components for quality and accuracy, both during and after production. You identify any deviations or defects and correct them immediately. You work with various machines and tools and ensure a safe working environment by following (safety) instructions and using personal protective equipment.

You are mainly responsible for: 

• Independently assembling industrial packaging
• Monitoring the quality and dimensional accuracy of wooden components
• Providing instructions to new employees
• Identifying and correcting deviations or defects

Within this role you work from Monday till Friday in two shifts: from 06.00 - 15.00 and 15.00 - 24.00

You also have:

• VMBO-level thinking
• Basic knowledge of machines and woodworking
• The ability to read technical drawings
• Good knowledge of the English or Dutch language

• A gross monthly salary of €3,094
