- Lead and motivate your team of production employees within one of the three shifts.
- Distribute tasks effectively and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Safeguard compliance with safety, health, and company regulations.
- Monitor efficiency and manage performance based on output.
- Maintain order, cleanliness, and a positive working atmosphere on the production floor.
- Identify process deviations and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with colleagues from production, engineering, and quality control.
- Solve operational challenges together with the operations manager.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical or automated production environment.
- Strong people management skills: able to motivate and guide your team effectively.
- Ability to balance operational tasks with human-focused leadership.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and production optimization.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
- MBO+/HBO level of education, preferably with a technical background.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- A permanent position, no temporary projects.
- The possibility of a contract with our clients.
- A competitive salary between €4,000 – €5,000 gross per month (excluding shift allowance).
- A 25% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift system.
