Employment agency Manpower is looking for Production Workers Make & Pack for Gate Gourmet at Schiphol.

⚠️ Important: you must have lived in the Netherlands for at least 8 years, due to the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee screening.

As a production worker in the Make & Pack department, you will:

  • Gather the correct ingredients for hot or cold meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners)
  • Assemble meals neatly and according to strict hygiene standards
  • Package the meals carefully for airline service
  • Follow clear guidelines to maintain quality and cleanliness
  • Keep your workstation tidy and organized
  • Support new colleagues by explaining tasks and helping them feel at ease

In your first few weeks, you will be assigned a buddy. This colleague will guide you and show you step by step how everything works. This way, you’ll get to know the job and the company well and can start working independently quickly!

  • Willingness to undergo the screening process conducted by the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee (this requires having lived in the Netherlands for the past eight years)
Additionally, you (preferably) have experience in airline catering or HACCP. It’s also definitely an advantage if you have an affinity with meal preparation or food.
