Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and manage enterprise applications within a Microsoft technology environment. The role involves working in an Agile Scrum team to build scalable solutions, support digital transformation to Azure, and contribute to a DevOps-driven development culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and maintain software applications and platforms
Work within Agile Scrum teams responsible for end-to-end delivery
Build scalable solutions using .NET, C#, and Microsoft technologies
Contribute to software architecture including event-driven and clean architecture
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
Refactor and modernize legacy systems when required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business and customer solutions
Mentor and support junior developers
Ensure maintainable, high-quality code and best development practices

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in .NET and C# development
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
Experience with Agile / Scrum ways of working
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
Experience in software architecture and event-driven design
Experience in enterprise application development
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the financial services or asset-based finance domain
Experience refactoring or redesigning legacy systems
Azure certification
