Manpower is looking for a Service & Aftersales Engineer for a company in Sittard.

As a Service & Aftersales Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of our customer support operation. You’ll provide electrical/electronic support post-installation, carry out quality control tests, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient troubleshooting, training, and service coordination.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical and electronic systems post-installation and during interventions
  • Perform QC testing of outgoing instruments for safety and performance
  • Prepare service records in compliance with internal protocols
  • Coordinate and perform maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and upgrades at HQ, customer sites, or remotely.
  • Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests with timely and effective resolution
  • Analyze recurring issues and customer feedback to support product improvements
  • Support spare parts identification and ordering
  • Deliver technical training to agents, distributors, and end-users
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional aftersales support
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D teams
  • Manage service-related warehouse logistics and field service scheduling

  • Minimal MBO degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (MTS level)
  • Hands-on experience with high-tech equipment and service
  • Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools (planning, documentation, ticketing)
  • Valid driver’s license (25% EU travel)

  • Self-motivated and well-organized
  • Communicative in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Customer-focused, flexible, and eager to learn
  • Requirement: VOG (Certificate of Conduct)
