Senior Solution Engineer

Your Day in a Nutshell:

• Dive into energy engineering projects from our Zoeterwoude office or your home workspace, with occasional site visits both locally and internationally.
• Support our sales managers during client meetings, providing insights into challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team of engineers, project managers, and bid managers, overseeing projects from conception to commissioning.
• Enjoy a diverse workload, spanning from initial quotations to project realization and commissioning stages.
• Lead the charge in Europe's energy transition by developing solutions that facilitate the shift to renewable energy sources in industrial settings
• Apply your expertise in electrical drive systems to innovate and optimize energy solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Electronics, or Sustainable Energy.
• Proficiency in large electrical drive systems, covering HV-MV distribution, transformers, converters, harmonic filters, cooling systems, and electric motors.
• Passion or experience in fields like electrification, energy generation and storage systems, automation, and digitalization.
• A flexible and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to work on-site, including international travel.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.

• An monthly salary between 5000-7000 euro gross based on your experience and education.
