- Coordinate technical requirements with clients and team members, translating them into innovative technical specifications.
- Lead hardware improvement processes and develop efficient, high-quality hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver hardware designs that meet customer needs.
- Design and support the creation of schematics and PCBs, mainly using Altium.
- Ensure your designs can be efficiently tested and taken into production, adhering to international standards.
- Oversee and manage component Life Cycle Management in collaboration with the component engineer.
- Create and maintain hardware building blocks for use by other engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a dynamic R&D environment with hardware system development expertise.
- Knowledge of both analog and power electronics PCB design, including prototyping and testing (experience with Altium is a plus).
- Familiarity with the interface between hardware and software.
- Up-to-date knowledge of product development, cost optimization, and design for production.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A competitive salary between €4,000 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on experience.
