- Operate, maintain, and optimize robotic production systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Support process improvements and continuous optimization in the production line.
- Collaborate with engineers, team leads, and quality control to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Document technical issues and contribute to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Experience with robotics or PLC systems (troubleshooting, programming, or maintenance).
- A technical background (MBO+/HBO level) in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation.
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A permanent position , no temporary projects.

- A competitive salary between €3,800 – €4,500 gross per month, plus shift allowance.
