Revit Modeler - HVAC & Mechanical Design
Trinamics
- Create detailed 3D models of HVAC and mechanical systems in Revit
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate various systems into complex building designs
- Develop models for data centers, hospitals, airports, and similar high-demand environments
- Ensure the designs meet the project specifications, technical requirements, and industry standards
- Review and optimize designs to ensure efficiency and sustainability
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and deadlines are met
- Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements for ongoing projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience with Revit in complex building environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, airports)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical designs
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
- Competitive salary between €3,000 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience
