Manpower is looking for multiple Returns Operators for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.
As a Returns Operator you will:
- Process and inspect non-product complaint related customer returns based on visual inspection criteria and exceptions
- Give disposition and process in-house damages or damages from suppliers and forwarders
- Log, investigate, and close return-related issues
- Communicate daily returns data to management
- Forward products to the correct department (Marketing Service, Quality, Inbound, Inventory Control, Rework)
- Process cancelled deliveries and support rework when needed
- Identify and escalate workflow interruptions or product issues
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and returns-related projects
- Handle products according to Quality guidelines
- Ensure compliance with training and certifications
