Production Worker

As a production worker in the concrete industry, you are essential. Without you, concrete poles and beams would not be delivered on time. You ensure that construction projects run smoothly and professionally. You’ll work both in a large production hall and outdoors, so you'll stay active. The work is physically demanding, but it offers a lot in return. Your top 3 tasks include:

• Preparing and filling molds with concrete
• Checking concrete quality
• Tensioning cables that are incorporated into the concrete
• Cleaning and maintaining machines and work areas

You will work between 05:00 and 18:00 in different shifts. A new project requiring additional concrete elements is starting soon, so your contribution is urgently needed.

You enjoy working with your hands and strive for quality. You are physically fit and have a hands-on mentality. You also bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment;
• Speaking good English or Dutch;
• Residence in the Oosterhout/Breda region or willingness to travel;
• Willingness to work in different shifts.

Based on a full-time contract (38 hours), you can count on:

• A gross monthly salary starting at €2,600.00, depending on experience
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, up to 30 km one way
• Possibility of a permanent contract with good performance
• Training opportunities through the employment agency
• A dedicated contact person to guide you
