Support the Program Manager and Product Delivery Managers with planning and execution of the ESG Portfolio
Identify and analyze improvement opportunities within project governance, planning and delivery processes
Develop methods and tools for Product Delivery Managers to manage projects effectively
Implement processes to monitor project progress, risks and performance (triple constraint management)
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops with project teams
Provide support in the preparation and execution of Project Initiation Documents (PID)
Evaluate the effectiveness of project management processes and improvement initiatives
Coordinate communication and reporting across the ESG program
Collaborate with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels to enable sustainable change and process maturity
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a PMO, Project Manager or Program Management professional
Experience working in complex, multidisciplinary organizations
Experience with change management and improvement projects
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project Online or similar systems
Experience in an Agile / SAFe environment is a strong plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to remain effective under pressure, change and uncertainty
A team player who is also capable of working independently
A proactive mindset with ownership, initiative and a continuous improvement mentality
A salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience (based on market averages for experienced PMO / Project Management Officers in international high-tech organizations)
