Operator Two-Shift System

You'll join a close-knit team where colleagues support one another. During your training period, you'll have a dedicated buddy who guides you through the tasks step-by-step, ensuring you master everything thoroughly. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring your slicing line to ensure optimal production flow.
• Conducting quality checks and adhering to HACCP standards.
• Solving first-line disruptions independently (or working with a technician).
• Contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring a smooth production process.

You'll work in a two-shift schedule with the following times:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
• Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:00

Additionally, there's an option to work on Saturdays for 150% pay.

We're looking for dedicated, driven, and reliable individuals with an eye for quality. In addition:

• You have an affinity for technology and production processes.
• You enjoy working in a team-focused environment.
• HACCP certificates.
• You remain calm and solution-oriented, even during busy times.
• You're comfortable working in a cold environment and receiving compensation for it.

• A salary between €3,000 and €3,200 per month, including a 14% shift allowance.
