Miljoenen heerlijke koekjes maakt Pally elke dag in de industriële bakkerij in Nieuwegein. Het bedrijf bestaat sinds 1886 en is met recht dé specialist in biscuits. We bieden een ruim assortiment in droge en met een laag chocolade overgoten biscuits. Vanuit Nieuwegein vinden deze koekjes hun weg naar meer dan 35 landen. Pally Biscuits maakt sinds 2012 een enorme groei door en het einde is nog lang niet in zicht. De laatste jaren is ruim 30 miljoen euro geïnvesteerd in moderne productielijnen. Inmiddels staan de volgende grote investeringen alweer op de rol. Pally Biscuits investeert ook in haar mensen. De kracht van de onderneming zit in de combinatie van state-of-the-art machines en de no-nonsense cultuur van een familiebedrijf. Ongeveer 200 mensen werken continu aan verbetering van het product. Job Description
As an Operator, you'll be integral to both production and packaging, depending on your role as either a Process Operator (focused on making dough) or a Packaging Operator (focused on packing). Your key daily tasks will include:

• Setting up the production line and performing quality checks.
• Monitoring the production process and making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Troubleshooting and adjusting production lines as needed.
• Carrying out minor maintenance on equipment.
• Reporting progress and any issues to keep things on track.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role as an operator.
• A positive and energetic attitude that inspires your colleagues and creates a lively and motivating environment.
• A team player who communicates well, supports others, and contributes to a great atmosphere.

Bonus points if you have:

• A valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate.
• VAPRO or HACCP certification.
