As a Operator, you are fully responsible for your own production line within a modern food manufacturing environment. You manage the entire process from start to finish: setting up machines, monitoring performance, and delivering a high-quality end product.

You work in a clean, structured facility with clear processes and modern equipment. There are no slaughter processes involved. Everything is focused on efficiency, quality, and food safety. Within this role, you have a high level of independence and ownership, meaning you truly control your line.

You work in a fixed 2-shift system:

  • Morning shift: 06:30 to 15:30
  • Evening shift: 15:30 to 00:30

You receive a 31.5% shift allowance for hours between 18:00 and 06:00.

Your responsibilities:

  • Set up, start and change over machines within your production line;
  • Monitor and control the production process to ensure stable output;
  • Perform quality checks on products and packaging;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently;
  • Identify deviations and take immediate action;
  • Work according to HACCP and safety standards;
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimization.

  • Experienced as a machine operator within a (food) production environment;
  • Skilled in setting up and changing over machines;
  • Familiar with HACCP and safety regulations;
  • Able to independently troubleshoot and solve technical issues;
  • Available for a 2-shift schedule;
  • Own transport to reach the location;
  • Good command of the Dutch and/or English language due to safety requirements.

  • Salary between €2,740 and €2,909 gross per month (36 hours);
  • Up to €3,600 gross per month including shift allowance (40 hours);
  • 31.5% shift allowance for evening and night hours;
  • 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way);
  • Year-end bonus of 3.25%;
  • Pension scheme according to CAO;
  • Additional allowances for hygiene, cold environments and changing time.
