Production Operator (Finishing Department) – 3-Shift System

Your role as a Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process.

You'll work with modern equipment and contribute to high-quality packaging products used across various industries – from food to horticulture.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Independently operating production machines – starting, adjusting, and monitoring parameters
• Setting machine configurations based on product requirements (format, color, thickness, etc.)
• Performing quality checks in line with internal standards
• Packaging finished products according to procedures
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance using basic tools (wrenches, Allen keys, knives)

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate:

• Has basic technical skills and can work with hand tools
• Pays attention to detail and delivers high-quality work
• Has experience as a machine operator or in a similar production role (preferred but not required)
• Has access to their own transport
• Speaks Dutch or English at a level that allows communication with the team
