- Ensure OBD Scan Tool communication complies with legal and standardization requirements.
- Create calibrations for Scan Tool functions and execute test cases related to Scan Tool operations.
- Coordinate internal activities related to these topics.
- Update certification documentation to provide legislators with the required information.
- Address field issues and bring them to resolution following DMIAC and FRACAS methods.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with an interest in automotive or vehicle engineering.
- Knowledge and experience with SAE 1939-71/73, 1979-2 CAN is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of OBD regulations and OBD systems.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Structured working approach combined with a pleasure to work in teams.
- Enthusiasm for dealing with complex systems and proposing solutions to complex technical problems.
- Good MS Office skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, with a willingness to learn Dutch.
