IT Security Specialist – Microsoft Security / Zero Trust
Location: Brussels
Duration: 9 months (Full-time)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Security Specialist to design and implement Zero Trust security strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft security technologies, identity management, cloud security, and data protection across modern workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem
Design and implement Zero Trust security architecture
Configure identity and data protection mechanisms
Implement and manage incident detection and response strategies
Translate business requirements into secure architecture solutions
Analyze and resolve complex security incidents and problems
Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
Produce compliance documentation and security reports for stakeholders including:
DPO
CISO
IT Architecture teams
Crisis management teams
Operations teams
Required Technical Skills
Expert-level knowledge of:
Microsoft Azure
Azure DevOps
Microsoft Defender
Microsoft Purview
Microsoft 365
Cloud Security (Public Cloud – Azure / Microsoft 365)
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Identity & Access Management
Hybrid Infrastructure Security
Security Operations and Incident Response
