Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced One Identity Manager Engineer / Microsoft IAM Consultant to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives for a project based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in One Identity solutions, IAM architecture, and enterprise identity management implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products aligned with industry best practices.
Customize and manage the One Identity data model.
Build, maintain, and optimize One Identity connectors.
Work with One Identity APIs and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design IAM solutions.
Support full lifecycle implementation including design, deployment, and ongoing support.
Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access control processes.
Provide technical documentation and support.
Required Skills & Experience
8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Minimum 9 years of experience as a One Identity Manager Engineer.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, and access control.
Deep knowledge of One Identity Manager platform and data model customization.
Experience with One Identity product suite including:
One Identity Manager
Safeguard
Active Roles
Defender
Starling 2FA
Experience with One Identity APIs and integrations.
Programming skills in VB.NET (or similar).
Strong experience in solution design, implementation, and technical support.
Preferred Skills
Cloud computing and modern architecture knowledge.
Experience with microservices and containerization.
DevOps practices and tools experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
