- A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in industrial automation and machine building
- Knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, actuators, and motion control
- Ability to read and create technical drawings and schematics
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on mindset
- Good command of the English language
