Mechanical Precision Assembler Employee

As a Precision Assembler you are responsible for the final finishing of high quality plastic parts produced by CNC machines. You make sure every product meets customer specifications before it leaves the production floor. You work independently but are also part of a close team where cooperation and accuracy are key. You actively think along about improvements in quality and process efficiency. Safety and precision are part of your daily work.You succeed in this role by focusing on the following tasks:

• Finishing plastic parts by deburring, tapping, reaming and cleaning
• Checking products against technical drawings and customer requirements
• Acting as the final quality checkpoint before delivery
• Suggesting improvements in production processes and quality

You work accurately and carefully, even under pressure. You enjoy working independently but also know how important teamwork is. You think proactively and take responsibility for quality.You also bring:

• MBO level work and thinking
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in a similar precision or assembly role is a plus
• Good command of English

This position is based on a full time workweek.

• € 2.622,40 gross per month
• Paid holiday allowance of 8%
