Manufacturing Process Technologist

- Designing and developing new manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Analyzing and optimizing existing processes to improve performance, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Implementing and maintaining process control strategies to ensure smooth production operations that meet quality standards.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary technical teams to implement and integrate new technologies and processes into existing or new systems.
- Evaluating and recommending new equipment and technologies to enhance manufacturing processes and stay competitive in the industry.
- A completed MSc or PhD in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Process Technologist or in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address fundamental issues.
- Experience with process optimization and process control strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in one of the following domains: medical equipment or manufacturing systems.
- Experience with regulations for the development of medical devices and equipment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time or work internationally at the customer’s location.
- GreenBelt or BlackBelt certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
- A permanent contract with Trinamics, no temporary projects.
- A salary range of €5,500 to €6,500 per month, depending on experience.
