  • Act as the primary service contact on site, responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and service activities.
  • Ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on time and according to agreements.
  • Manage service requests, register malfunctions, and coordinate follow-up actions with internal and external technicians.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting, escalate when necessary, and order spare parts when required.
  • Maintain strong daily communication with hospital departments, medical instrument services, and Trinamics colleagues.
  • Create monthly performance reports and discuss results with stakeholders.
  • Monitor service progress to balance service levels, costs, and productivity.
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of service processes for both the client and Trinamics.
  • Participate in group meetings and share knowledge with colleagues.

  • A completed technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Solid knowledge of medical imaging technology and strong affinity with the healthcare sector.
  • Proven experience in service coordination and customer management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain oversight in all situations.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Ability to follow processes precisely while suggesting improvements.
  • Willingness to continuously develop yourself through feedback and training.
  • A valid driving license B.

  • A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,500, depending on knowledge and experience.
