Trinamics
- Act as the primary service contact on site, responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and service activities.
- Ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on time and according to agreements.
- Manage service requests, register malfunctions, and coordinate follow-up actions with internal and external technicians.
- Provide first-line troubleshooting, escalate when necessary, and order spare parts when required.
- Maintain strong daily communication with hospital departments, medical instrument services, and Trinamics colleagues.
- Create monthly performance reports and discuss results with stakeholders.
- Monitor service progress to balance service levels, costs, and productivity.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of service processes for both the client and Trinamics.
- Participate in group meetings and share knowledge with colleagues.
- A completed technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge of medical imaging technology and strong affinity with the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in service coordination and customer management.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain oversight in all situations.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to follow processes precisely while suggesting improvements.
- Willingness to continuously develop yourself through feedback and training.
- A valid driving license B.
- A gross monthly salary between €4,500 and €5,500, depending on knowledge and experience.
