At the Zeewolde facility, chicken products are packaged, processed, labeled, and shipped to customers. The production environment is maintained at a temperature of 2°C to ensure product quality. Job Description
As a machine operator at an international production company in Zeewolde, you play a crucial role in the production process. You ensure that all chicken products are processed according to the highest quality standards to create the best end product.
Your main tasks:
- Operating, checking, and setting up various production machines
- Guiding and coaching production employees on your line
- Solving minor technical malfunctions and reporting larger issues
- Making sure raw materials and supplies are always available
- Communicating with technical staff or supervisors as needed
Job Requirements
- Experience as a machine operator, preferably in a production or food environment
- Accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in shifts and at variable hours
- Living near Zeewolde and have your own transport
- Good command of Dutch or English
Salary and Benefits
- Salary between €2,700 and €3,200 gross per month
- Travel allowance of €0.17 per km
- 8.33% holiday allowance
- Two shift schedule with allowances up to 30%
- 25 vacation days per year
- Annual bonus of 2.15% (after at least 2 months of employment)
- Permanent contract upon good performance
