Logistics Employee 2-shifts

What does an (all-round) logistics employee do?

As a logistics employee, you play an important role in the warehouse or distribution center. You ensure that the entire process of receiving, storing, preparing and shipping goods runs smoothly. Compared to an order picker, a logistics employee has a broader range of tasks.

In general, logistics / forwarding employees have the following tasks:

• Load and unload trucks
• Pack, sort, and label products
• Prepare orders and process returns
• Check quality and quantity of goods
• Record activities in the system
• Fix deviations and maintain warehouse order
• Move goods using an EPT (occasionally forklift)

At this company you work in 2 shifts. You will mainly be involved in logistical tasks with, for example, an EPT. Relatively less as a forklift driver.

Your working hours are from Monday to Friday; one week from 6:00am - 3:00pm and the other week from 3:00pm - 12:00am.

Speaking and understanding the English language is mandatory for this role.

In addition:

• You have work experience in logistics and you enjoy working in a logistics environment
• Are you in possession of a valid forklift and/or EPT certificate
• Are you willing to work in 2 shifts
• You live in the area of Eindhoven, Helmond, Veldhoven, Veghel or Valkenswaard
