With both feet on the ground and sleeves rolled up, that is the company in a nutshell. The company operates as a stevedore in the largest ports of the Netherlands. This means that employees load, unload, transship, and move goods according to the client's requirements. The company was founded in the fishing village of Urk, but primarily works in the major cargo ports of the Netherlands. Every day, employees travel to client locations to carry out a wide variety of tasks!

As a loader/unloader, you will work for a growing company in Urk. Each morning, the day begins with a carpool ride to the port of Amsterdam. Once there, your main tasks will be loading and unloading containers from trucks by hand. You'll mostly handle boxes and sacks packed with cocoa products, some weighing up to 25 kilograms.

Your main tasks as a loader/unloader:

• Cutting bags open and loading them into trucks
• Unloading bulk containers on tipper chassis
• Carrying out general cleaning and other various jobs

The loader/unloader position offers daily variety and the buzz of a team that gets things done.

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy work;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• A valid driving license (B);
• Your own accommodation.

• Salary between €2,500 and €2,600 gross per month;
• Travel allowance up to €15 per day;
• 8.33% holiday pay;
