Line Maintenance Controller

As a Line Maintenance Controller, you will coordinate all global line stations from the maintenance facility in Maastricht. You play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations, preparing mid-term planning for specialized tools and resources, arranging rotation schedules for line engineers, and maintaining continuous communication with customers, engineers, and the Line Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage staff schedules and shift planning
• Monitor engineer licenses and certifications
• Maintain daily communication with customers, engineers, and CAMO regarding aircraft status
• Plan mid-term needs for tooling, GSE, materials, and specialized services (such as NDT) at remote stations
• Provide reporting and administrative support to the Line Maintenance Manager

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within an international setting is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
