As a B1/B2 Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance of Embraer ERJ190 Series aircraft. Your responsibilities include: ✈️ Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in response to customer requirements. ✈️ Lead a team of Technicians and Mechanics in Base Maintenance checks. ✈️ Ensure compliance with Part-145 maintenance requirements, internal processes, and customer SLAs. ✈️ Uphold safety and quality standards during aircraft maintenance. ✈️ Mentor and delegate resources to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
