Interim System Integration Lead Outfitting and Structural

Join our dynamic shipbuilding team and take charge of exciting and innovative maritime projects. We are seeking a skilled technical leader with extensive experience in ship design, outfitting, interior, deck, and structural work to manage and coördinate verification and validation efforts. Lead large-scale initiatives and ensure the successful, timely, and high-quality delivery of outsourced work packages.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare and submit thorough documentation for Verification & Validation. • Supervise a cross-functional team of engineers and experts. • Guarantee smooth integration of equipment and adherence to specifications. • Coordinate the preparation and review of client documentation. • Lead Design Reviews and handle compliance issues that arise. • Organize and oversee testing schedules, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). • Participate in FAT, HAT, and SAT to uphold quality and regulatory standards.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • At least five years of experience in shipbuilding or a similar industry. • Strong expertise in ship design, outfitting, interior, deck, and structural elements. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous. • Strong professional references, as a background check is part of the hiring process. • Permanent citizenship and a valid passport from an EU country are required. • Candidates with EU work visas or non-EU nationality or passports cannot be considered due to project security requirements.
