You will:

• Perform day to day maintenance work in hotel rooms, public areas and back of house areas. 
• Respond and attend to guest repairs requests and communicate with them in a professional manner.
• Perform proactive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment and machines.
• Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.

• Have excellent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch. 
• Eager and ready to learn and develop your skills in maintenance department.
• Proactive and great problem solver.
• Have a hospitable personality with a "can do" attitude.
• Are be flexible and able to work in different shifts (day, evening, weekend). 
• Are eligible to work in the Netherlands.

A major investment has been made in the hotel which will result in completely renovated guest rooms and public areas, including a brand-new lobby bar, bakery & restaurant and a rooftop bar & terrace.   The hotel will expand from 402 to 500 rooms and an additional conference centre will be constructed.
