- Analyze the impact of engineering changes on homologation and certification
- Support engineering teams in ensuring regulatory compliance
- Prepare detailed homologation and validation test plans
- Align type approval activities with technical services and regulatory authorities
- Coordinate and witness homologation testing activities
- Negotiate with authorities on the interpretation of regulations when required
- Document test results and technical data according to applicable standards
- Contribute to the Conformity of Production (COP) compliance program
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams in engineering and validation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in homologation, validation, or vehicle development
- Knowledge of type approval processes (WVTA) and relevant regulations (EC/UNECE)
- Experience in vehicle or system testing and validation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- Broad knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive engineering
- A competitive salary between €5,500 and €7,500 gross per month, depending on experience
