Field Engineer - Žilina

As a Field Engineer, you will act as a key technical member to support our clients in Slovakia, Žilina area. You will be responsible for Vision systems working on 2D and 3D applications where you will support the application implementation. Your role will focus on ensuring the project success and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with local teams as well as colleagues at our headquarters to resolve complex technical challenges and continuously improve service quality.

This is a field role: you will be based in our office in Bratislava, with frequent travel to clients in Žilina area (typically 3 days per week, depending on requests).

What will be your responsibilities?

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
• Conduct proof-of-concept tests and technical demonstrations
• Install and configure systems after sales
• Train customers on product use and best practices
• Support sales with technical expertise
• Ensure successful implementation and follow-up
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Wat breng jij als Field Engineer - Žilina

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related field (or equivalent)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
• Based in Slovakia, ideally in Žilina
• Fluency in Slovak (native level) and a high level of English (business proficiency)
• Strong communication skills and technical affinity
