Manpower is looking for an Electrical Technician for a Technology company in Hengelo!

As Electrical Technician your working day consists of, among other things:

• Assembling and installing wiring harnesses, including terminal crimping and connector integration Performing soldering on small components and PCBs with precision
• Working with small mechanical and electrical components, ensuring quality and reliability 
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Conducting inspections and quality control to maintain high manufacturing standards 
• Collaborating with engineers and production teams to improve assembly processes

• At least one year experience as Electrical Technician or in a similar position
• Proven experience in wiring harness assembly, including terminal crimping
• Strong skills in soldering small components and PCBs
• Ability to work with small, high-precision components
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and wiring diagrams 
• Proficiency in Dutch or English, because your work activities will be in these languages
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality in high-volume production
• Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or similar industries is a plus
