What will you do as a Delivery Driver Jumbo?
Your shift starts at the Jumbo location in Amsterdam, where you check in with your team before heading out on the road in a yellow Jumbo delivery van. You deliver groceries to customers at home and at businesses throughout the city. Busy streets, tight parking spots or carrying shopping crates upstairs? You handle it with ease. You work carefully, stay customer-focused and make sure every delivery arrives with a smile. After completing your route, you return to the hub and finish your shift together with your colleagues.
You will work in one of the following shifts. On average, a shift lasts 6 to 7 hours.

Wat bieden wij?
- €17,75 gross per hour from age 21, including holiday pay, statutory days off and ADV;
- 50% surcharge for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00;
- 100% surcharge on public holidays;
- 20 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, minimum 10.1 km and maximum 35 km one way;
- Pension plan;
- Meal allowance when working late shifts;
- Prospect of a permanent contract with Jumbo;
- Parttime work: you must be available at one of the following days: monday, tuesday, wednesday, friday or saturday

What will you do as a Delivery Driver Jumbo?

You will work in one of the following shifts. On average, a shift lasts 6 to 7 hours.
- Morning shift: between 06:00 and 15:00
- Afternoon/evening shift: between 15:00 and 23:00
- When will I work? Your shifts are scheduled based on your availability.
- What vehicle will I drive? You will drive a modern Jumbo delivery van with automatic transmission.
- Is the work physically demanding? You stay active throughout the day and regularly lift grocery crates.
Functie eisen Delivery Driver Jumbo | Start now | Amsterdam
- Category B driving license (manual);
- At least 3 months of independent driving experience;
- Good command of English or Dutch;
- Available at least 2 days per week;
- It will be very positive if you can work at saturdays;
- Minimum availability of 6 months;
- Living in or near Amsterdam;
- Physically in good condition.
