Cyber Security Specialist

• Lead the design and development of advanced security, system, and software solutions.
• Convert security requirements into system specifications and create functional/technical designs.
• Engage directly with clients and external consultants to understand and address their security needs.
• Take part in international projects, gaining exposure and experience across borders.
• Conduct risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
• Mentor and coach software engineers on security best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on industrial automation (IA) security issues.

• A proactive, high-energy individual with a positive attitude, who thrives as both an independent worker and a team player.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Engineering, Process Automation, or a related field.
• A strong interest in security and process automation.
• Familiarity with security standards for process automation, such as IEC62443, is important.
• Experience working with PLC/SCADA and DCS systems, including ABB, Siemens, or Schneider, is a plus
