You provide a status update on their imports, ensuring everything is running smoothly.You coordinate with logistics partners (carriers and forwarders) to handle a delay at a transshipment point. You weigh the options and provide the client with a clear, honest update. You finalize administration and align all parties in the chain. You might also have a quick sync with a colleague to optimize a new process. Everything is under control. You close your laptop with a sense of satisfaction: thanks to your communication, the goods are one step closer to their destination.

- You are fluent in English and Chinese (both verbal and written). This is a strict requirement due to direct communication with our international clientele. If you don't speak Chinese, please do not apply on this vacancy.
- You have at least one year of experience in import/export or with a logistics service provider. You understand how the supply chain works.
