We are looking for a passionate Independent Chef Level I to join our team. Do you want to thrive in our kitchen? As our chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of dishes and meal components. You will be trained. Your Responsibilities: - Selecting, preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.), and cooking dishes according to recipes. - Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed. - Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene. - Coordinating and directing (assistant) chefs and kitchen staff. - Maintaining inventory, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries. - Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations. - Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues. - Providing input on menu composition, changes, and methods.
