What is the role?
Prepare and present high-quality dishes that align with our menu and concept
Ensure the freshness, preparation techniques, and storage of all ingredients meet our high standards
Oversee the quality and hygiene of all dishes served
Execute cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing, and presentation with precision and creativity
Order and manage stock using daily inventory lists
Guide and develop trainees and apprentices
Adhere to and monitor compliance with HACCP standards and food safety procedures
Foster teamwork and effective communication with other departments.
