Change Manager
Trinamics
- Lead sector-wide change programs within ERP & People Development
- Develop and implement change strategies, adoption plans, and communication frameworks
- Deploy change management processes, tools, and best practices within project teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and senior management
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and deploy targeted interventions
- Coach and support change coordinators and junior team members
- Align terminology and communications across sectors and define best-known methods
- Contribute to budgeting strategies and ensure the integration of change efforts into the broader program
- Continuously evaluate and adjust change approaches based on evolving business needs
- Actively contribute to the growth of the change team through knowledge sharing and leadership
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in complex change management programs, ideally ERP-related
- Proven expertise in change management, including knowledge of established frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Experience coaching senior stakeholders and guiding colleagues within the change domain
- Strong communication skills and a background in stakeholder engagement
- Experience in integrating change, communication, and training within large-scale transformation programs
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
- A gross monthly salary between €7,800 and €9,000, depending on your experience and seniority
- A permanent contract via Trinamics – no temporary assignments or freelance constructions
