Business Process Expert

- Lead or support key workstreams of the CLM implementation project
- Align current and future contract management processes with the new CLM platform
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to define and document end-to-end processes
- Support data migration from SAP Ariba and improve clause libraries and templates
- Participate in design workshops, testing, configuration, and change management activities
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of contract workflows
- Act as a liaison between functional stakeholders and technical teams
- 10–15 years of relevant work experience in business process optimization, project delivery, or digital transformation
- Solid experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms and process design
- Background in large, complex project environments with agile methodology
- Familiarity with tools like SAP Ariba, Icertis, Agiloft, or SirionLabs
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, IT, or related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus)
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into system capabilities
- Proactive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally in multicultural teams
- A competitive salary of up to €7,000 gross per month, including 13th month
