Business Controller Real Estate

For GrandVision in Soesterberg, we are immediately looking for an experienced Senior Business Controller for the Finance department. Are you looking for a strategic, hands-on finance role for 32 to 38 hours per week where you partner directly with management to drive business performance? Then get in touch!

As Business Controller, you are the financial contact for everything related to new store openings, relocations, and renovations. You prepare business cases according to a fixed international template and work closely with a corporate Real Estate team abroad. In addition, you manage the CapEx budget and provide the associated reports. You regularly interact with stakeholders at the corporate level, so clear communication is a requirement. For this position the main spoken and written language is English. 

For the vacancy of Business Controller in Soesterberg, we are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a Business Controller;
• Has demonstrable experience with CapEx management and preparing business cases;
• Is available by July 1, 2025;
• Has an excellent command of the English language.

You work independently, quickly pick up the context, and feel at home in an international environment.
