The role of a Multi-skilled Bartender contributes to a lively bar experience where crafted drinks, warm hospitality and modern style come together effortlessly.

Park Plaza Eindhoven offers 104 stylish rooms and suites in the heart of the City of Light, within walking distance of Central Station, Van Abbemuseum and Strijp S. Guests enjoy a large heated indoor pool, two saunas, a fitness area and vibrant social spaces.

As a Multi Skilled Bartender, you run the bar independently during the 15:00-23:00 shift. You craft drinks, prepare simple heated or frozen dishes, support restaurant service and assist banqueting setups. You move confidently between bar, restaurant and event service, ensuring a smooth guest experience throughout the evening.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks to specification while delivering warm, confident service.
• Maintain a clean, organised bar and ensure product quality.
• Prepare simple heated or frozen food items.
• Support restaurant service and assist banqueting setups and service.
• Work independently during the 15:00-23:00 shift.
• Follow hygiene, labelling and safety protocols.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in bar service or a similar guest facing role.
• Able to work independently across bar, restaurant and banqueting.
• Comfortable with light cooking tasks
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands and fluent in English.
• Preferred Requirements
• Cocktail knowledge and interest in service trends.
• Familiarity with POS systems (training provided).

This role is paid according to the Horeca CAO, with salary aligned to the applicable scale and including tips and benefits.
