About the job:You will be supporting the finance manager. Together you make sure that the finance of the hotel is accurate.

Job Requirements
What will be your tasks?

Support of accounts payable, accounts receivable and accounting department

Payment Master control

Follow up and corrections of discrepancies in Opera regarding payment coming from any of the departments within hotel

Daily control of the bank account

Carry out the cash control

Daily control of processes related to F&B outsourced operations

Dealing with the issues related to credit card payments

Supporting the finance manager with daily tasks
What are we looking for?

Education related to finance.

Good knowledge of Excel.
Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
Able to write and speak English in a good manner
Pre knowledge of Opera
Pre languages Spanish, Dutch
