Project Buyer

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on supplier and component selection for NPI projects
- Order prototypes, tooling, and samples for development projects
- Support phase-in and phase-out processes for new and existing products
- Drive supplier involvement early in the product development process
- Identify and mitigate purchasing-related risks
- Execute procurement strategies and cost reduction initiatives
- Contribute to product standardization and complexity reduction
- Optimize supplier performance and purchasing processes
- Manage changes and customizations within the existing product portfolio
- Work closely with R&D, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar
- Additional NEVI certification or procurement training is a strong plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Project Buyer or Procurement role
- Strong affinity with electronics, embedded systems, and software-driven products
- Experience within semiconductor and/or electronics manufacturing supply chains
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
- Understanding of cost modeling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- A competitive salary between €5,500 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on experience and expertise
