Operator | 2-Shift System | Permanent Position

As an operator, you're the key to ensuring smooth operations within the automated process. You'll work with innovative systems, ensuring everything runs technically sound.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machines and installations
• Troubleshoot issues and perform minor maintenance tasks
• Identify anomalies and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with fellow operators and the technical team

You'll work in 2 shifts (morning/evening) and have a 4-day workweek of 9,5 hours per day, giving you 3 days off each week. Workdays vary from Monday to Saturday, but Sundays are always off.

You're someone who likes to get things done and thrives in a dynamic environment. You're hands-on, detail-oriented, and either experienced with technology—or excited to learn.

• Start salary of €3232,33 gross a month (including shift allowence)
